Last Evening

Last Evening I took a walk
Nature did I stalk
clouds in the yellow sky
as daylight quickly passed on by

Spiders spun their webs in hope of a great feast,
frogs came forth in search of something yummy,
even the cat comes forth to see,

cicadas who shed their larval state and now sing in communion with one another
grasses stand pompous in guard of the drive,
each of us continue to strive.

God in His infinite wisdom, His Creation abounds.
How beautiful, how great.
The pines stand high above me,
the oak mighty,
the grasses shelter many critters
and I stand in the midst of it.

How Great is our God!
He who is bigger than the sum of it all.
He stands, arms waiting,
knowing each
who will answer the call!

Oh I love it. The cat pic is so neat. Reminds me of a song we sing..... "how great is Our God, Sing with me....."

Alright now...come to Topsail (28-5) and get another fill up of God's beauty on earth. It's a blessing beyond understanding to be able to feel that full of worship and wonder.
