Stepping out and trying it again

Here I am, all ready for the clinical rotation of the RN Refresher Program.

I did the didactic portion over the summer/fall. It sure was challenging.

I have to learn the lingo all over again.

But, I think I am ready for the next step. Patients.

I start in 10 days. I was able to find someone who works part time to precept me.

So far my family is supportive, but this will be a real test.

Karen,
Hang in there I know its hard but at least your'e not just starting like me. Its like standing at the bottom of the worlds tallest mountain looking up. You've done it once so you will breeze through it. I am enjoying my CNA class although we've lost half of our class.I am looking forward to learning more.

Sunday was the first I knew of you going back into the working world. I'm definitely praying! I can't see myself ever getting back out there, so I admire you for doing it!
